Creation Entertainment Store is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, making sure to include your RMA number clearly on the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
